Dr. Worley received his doctorate of optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry, where he also completed postgraduate studies in ocular therapeutics. Dr. Worley is licensed as a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, the highest level of licensure than an optometrist in Texas can achieve. He was in private practice in Rawlins, Wyoming until he purchased the practice in Corsicana from Dr. Denson in 1985.
Dr. Worley served as the president of the Wyoming Optometric Association, and has continued to be involved as a member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. He is also a member of the American Academy of Optometry.
When he is not busy caring for his patients, Dr. Worley enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. Dr. Worley and his wife Charlye have two sons and five grandsons.
